Click the button below to request the application form. The admin will provide an application form through your inbox for you which will be forwarded to the Human resource after you fill in all information required.
Q: I applied for moderator position, when will I hear back? A:
We will get a LOT of applications, and as such it is not possible to
reply to everyone. Only successful applications receive a response.
Q: How long are applications open for? A: One form will
be open for at least 6 months (closing date is December 31st 2018) but you could
hear back at any point (even months later after applying).
Q: Can I ask mods or any staff how my application is going? A:
No. They do not know how your application is going, asking any staff will actually hurt your chances of becoming a
moderator. This also includes contacting via other platforms like calling or so
in an attempt to get your application replied to, seen or accepted
ahead of other applicants.
Q: I applied on the old application form, do I have to apply again? A:
Yes. We have added many new questions since the previous application
form to help us find the best applicants. Any applications on the old
application form will not be contacted from now on.
Q: If I get accepted, what will happen next? A:IF you are accepted for an interview you will be contacted by the administrator and shortlisted for interview which will be conducted on Bendella webcams or in Person if you stay around Kampala.
Q: I'm younger the required minimum age for mod, should I still apply? A:
IF you are younger than 18 and you still want to apply for moderator
you can apply if you want to do so but the chances of you being
accepted/ contacted would be low to non-existent. As we have a minimum
age for mod for a reason. Also please do not contact us asking to be the
exception to this rule.
Q: I don't have a premium account can I still apply? A:Yes! We are interested in getting the best people regardless of your rank.
Bendella applications are only available to active participants of the Bendella community. Please log on and continue with the application process.
